Motiv8 Success!
Motiv8 Programme
Motiv8 is a six-session early intervention for groups up to eight, designed to support KS3 learners who may be at a disadvantage, helping to raise aspirations, build confidence, and develop an understanding of future career opportunities.
Notiv8 consists of workshops to build team work skills, exploring their careers journey, post 16 visits, supported work experience and concluding with CV building workshop to showcase newfound ambitions, experience and skills developed during the programme.
By combining careers education with real-world experiences, the Motiv8 Programme helps young people make informed decisions, increase motivation, maintain engagement in education and take positive steps towards their future success.

Activ8 the Potential!
Activ8 Programme
Activ8 provides personalised support designed around the needs of the individual, helping young people explore careers, future pathways, and employment opportunities with confidence. Tailored support can include:
- Careers guidance
- College, training provider or Uni visits
- Employer encounters
- Supported work experience or employment
- Employability workshops
- Support with college, Uni or job applications
- Support in job interviews for those with SEND
- Keep-in-touch up to 12 months to help stay on track
Trips, employer encounters, and supported work experience can be offered in small groups.
This programme is for:
- Schools Y9-Y13
- Alternative provision, Y9-25
